These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Liftr mobile application and website at useliftr.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Mavish Manas Ram ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

Liftr is a fitness tracking platform that allows users to log workouts, track nutrition, monitor progress, connect with coaches, and participate in training groups. Features include:

• Workout logging and session history
• Nutrition tracking and food logging
• Analytics and progress tracking
• Coach-client communication
• Group training and social features
• Routine building and exercise library

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or harassing
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Use the Service to spam, solicit, or advertise to other users

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness tracking and nutrition logging tools for informational purposes only. Liftr is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any exercise programme or making significant changes to your diet, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional. You assume full responsibility for any health risks associated with your use of the Service. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from information provided through the Service.

Nutrition data provided through third-party services (FatSecret, Open Food Facts) may not be fully accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calorie or macro information displayed in the app.

6. Coach-Client Relationships

Liftr facilitates connections between coaches and their clients. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the qualifications, credentials, or advice of any coach using the Service. The relationship between coaches and clients is solely between those parties. We are not a party to any coaching agreement and accept no liability arising from coaching relationships formed through the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including workout logs, photos, and messages. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Liftr may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mavish Manas Ram. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission. Liftr and all related logos are trademarks of Mavish Manas Ram.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including FatSecret and Open Food Facts for nutrition data. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mavish Manas Ram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
